This is an example of comparing decimals.This helps me understand them. At first I had no idea what a decimal was.But now that I know them it´s kind of easy. What you need to do is line them up and stack them up,then you look in the ones place and see if you can see which one is bigger if you can not tell from the ones place .Then you check the tenths.If you can´t tell from the tenths place then go to the hundredths place.That is how you compare decimals.

My quilt square is a scenery.It has flowers, a sun, the sky, and grass. In our math class we are learning about decimals. I wrote them in decimal form , fractions and word form. All the colors represent the hundredths.
